We designed the UX/UI for a digital self-care portal for a utility.
The aim of a regional utility was to enable customers who wanted to deal with them to do so online, preferably without the intervention of a bureaucrat. Intuitech helped the client by creating UX/UI design plans.
During the UX/UI project, the first step was to design a new image for the client, where the key was to create a modern impact while maintaining traditional values. After the new image, we designed the company's website structure and new homepage, developed the user and customer web portals and mobile apps.
Thanks to the new design, functions such as modification of contract data, notification of change of user, request for a check reading, request for service termination, - periodic service interruption, request for an out-of-sequence - ad hoc - settlement invoice, request for a dictated (photo-supported) meter reading, notification of meter reading, modification of average to be billed, etc...
